As the privatisation of public sector has grown rapidly in Sweden last decade, private companies have become an imperative part education. Private sell and deliver consultancy, hardware, software, services, etc. to schools municipalities. This study examines a growing rate activities from businesses working within sectors. It also consequences cooperation between actors. Findings show that multiple actors meet different forms with functions, ways diverse agendas. What can be discerned is strong Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), where networks are linked together, directly or indirectly, fluid flexible relations partnerships. on educational markets not only becomes edupreneurs but policyneurs, new concept introduced. engage policy making sphere, complex disorganised landscape formations emerge, entailing number consequences.
